首先我是衝著價錢便宜，而且離滇池海埂大壩非常近，走5分鐘就能到，周邊距餐館的距離不遠。環境一般還可以，在小區裏很安靜。其次有些不滿意的是前台始終沒有人，也可能因為入住的遊客實在太少了的原因吧，晚上四人間衹有我一個人，整個樓裏似乎也衹有我一個，有點嚇人哈哈哈。沒有熱水，想着便宜嘛就將就一下。第二天中午在滇池坐船遊玩時老闆電話過來問我還續住嗎，我説不續住，14:00前回來退房，老闆説12:00，我發了個截圖給她，她們在去哪兒網上的詳情裏面寫着退房時間是6:30——14:00，我是按照這個時間來安排出遊的，可是老闆説12:00點退房是公認的常識。所以我覺得既然是常識為什麼要在詳情裏寫上不尋常的14:00呢？不過我也沒跟她計較，下船11:30，我騎了一個共享電動車立刻奔回酒店，11:56以電話的形式説我回來了，辦理退房吧，前台依舊不見個人影，行吧，電話形式也OK。

去了發現整棟樓衹有我一個住客，陰森森的，燈也不開，衹有一個大爺開門和你一棟樓住，衹要你下訂單了就不能退，後來我害怕沒住就去其他地方住了，不退款，還不能給差評，不然發你照片威脅你，真是沒天理了，什麼人啊。
