先不説房間怎麼樣，第一次衞生間燈壞了 電視爛了，電話打到爆都沒人接，下來兩三回沒解決，後面才給我換房間，然後平時 2 點之前退房的，誰懂，阿姨八點不到不敲門直接刷房卡強行進來，還好我鎖門了，第二次 11.30 又來叫我退房，我説了我兩點前會退房的，然後這個阿姨就叫我快點退快點退，她要打掃，然後我入住前前台老闆娘就説了都是兩點退，一般沒這麼早退，我也是服了！搞這一出.

本來十二點退房，但是我們起晚了 服務員一直來敲門 敲了三次吧 前台和服務員之間太不協調了 退沒退房不是都應該知道嗎 第一次敲門直接開門就進來了

沒有安全，早上有人會用房卡開門，設施裏面説是有空調，結果沒有，第二天還沒有到退房時間，保潔員一直在催，酒店最後付款的金額和看的金額不一樣
