整體來看算滿意的，位置稍微離地鐵有點距離，但酒店非常的乾淨，住着也很舒服，前台服務也OK！有機會還會再住

服務態度：1、態度蠻橫，不熱情説話很沖感覺生日很好，不差一個兩個住客，2、態度不好要求找老闆反饋，工作人員明確告知找不到不在，3、工作態度敷衍，愛搭不理，4、工作敷衍讓找快遞説自己去一樓找，翻了半天説在樓上，5、連住幾天不打掃衞生説住客沒要求.
住宿規則：1、攜程上面兑換房型升級酒店明確表示要按照自己酒店規矩來，2、停車票衹給一張入職前未告知工作人員表示定的時候網上有説明，但是我沒有看到，感覺那條規則更符合商家利益就按那條來！

這是一家非常有特色的酒店，酒店的位置也很容易找得到，前台在八樓，有一個很大的露台，可以享受哈下午茶的時光，非常愜意。店家服務態度比較好，免費給我升級了觀景房，兩面落地窗，採光很不錯，房間面積不是很大，但佈局設計比較不錯，裝飾得很精緻，環境乾淨整潔；聯繫了店家，免費安排了下午茶（奶茶 糕點 水果），奶茶味道不錯，點個贊；房間的東西比較齊全，應有盡有，還放了書，可以解解悶，沖這一點必須推薦呀；第二天退房的時候，雖然入住的時候前台讓十二點退房，但自己有睡午覺的習慣，也沒人來催自己退房，一點半左右自己準備退房了，然後清潔的阿姨主動幫自己退了房，節約時間，酒店工作人員的態度以及工作方式就比較值得肯定了，靈活又不失規矩，就很nice；下次過來出差還住這裏，必須推薦安利一波！
