同小區的老常客了，周邊民宿環境就他家最好，老闆娘也很好。每次家裡來客人都安排住他家很方便。性價比超高！

環境很好，出行方便 就在門口 停車也方便 還不收費 價格不算貴 房間很漂亮 一家人都很喜歡 還可以坐着喝喝茶喝喝咖啡 其他的住客都很好 大家一起聊聊天 總體感覺很舒服 是住過的所有民宿裏體驗感最好的一家，花花開的很多 這個季節來賞花很不錯喲，推薦大家都來住，氣候適宜，不錯很滿意！

環境超級好，床很軟，房型還升級了，提前到點了也可以入住！前提是有房空哈哈哈，店主小姐姐人也很好説話，小貓咪叫大黃跟33，還給摸摸不怕人！！入住體驗超級棒！

1.酒店服務差，八點多到店，前台都是黑的，打電話也沒啥反應，衹能乾等。2.性價比低，房間小，為了設計感在十多平的住房間強行加了滑梯，臃腫不堪，爬個樓樓道窄，拎箱子基本上擁擠不堪，爬個三樓累得要死。體驗感極差3.洗手間上廁所時發現捲紙都用完了，抽一圈就沒了，印象極差。4.雖名貓舍客棧實則見不到貓。5.離店時，前台説要不要吃餅乾，説提供給住客吃的，以免餓肚子，結果拿了一個吃，卻讓我掃碼，要十塊錢，極度噁心，為什麼不早説，雖然衹要十塊，但是這種見錢眼開的行為大大降低了我對昆明這個城市的好感度。6.交通非常不便，大門不讓滴滴車進，要手拎行李走幾百米進來。且小區裏面定位不準，貿然來的話，出行趕時間非常耽誤事。趕飛機的話千萬別住這請不要打電話修改評論。本人説的是事實，跟朋友一起旅行途徑昆明，沒擦亮眼睛在這個客棧定了兩間

算是給店家一點提議以及後面住客的參考吧。這家的裝修很明顯走的網紅拍照風那一類，看老闆朋友圈應該是五月那會重新裝修過的，那麼翻修時間也沒有很長，以下是缺點：
1.隔音很差。隔壁説話以及走廊外面有啥動靜都聽得到
2.衞生有待提高。在房間裏看到過頭髮；衞生間尤其淋浴間衞生死角多，放沐浴液的架子上有明顯污漬，看得出來沒有擦過這塊；地板也不乾淨
3.毛巾太少。第一天衹有兩條浴巾一條毛巾，第二天衹有兩條浴巾，浴巾磨毛了看起來已經服役很久了
4.空調製暖慢。天熱或者太冷的時候大家慎重考慮，我們到的那天在下雨，晚上氣温低，房間面積也大，衞生間也沒有門都是打通的（為了房間好看犧牲了實用），空調也是放在過道沒有放在床附近的空間，導致空調打一晚上都不咋熱，晚上出被子哆嗦🫨
5.設施不方便。還是因為下雨又冷，所以不可能去陽台坐，吃外賣以及辦公的時候才發現房間里居然沒有能當桌子椅子的地方（衹有一個搖搖晃晃禁不住重量的小床頭桌），最後衹能從陽台把桌子椅子拉進來，椅子還是藤編的雨水打濕了進到縫隙里根本擦不幹，衹能用毛巾墊着坐，問題又回到了毛巾很少，導致洗澡毛巾都不夠用
裝修好看固然加分，但是不能為了裝修好看拍照出片而犧牲住宿體驗，畢竟住酒店第一目的是休息好
