Excellent price-quality ratio.
The owner makes every effort to help (even though he doesn't speak English, he can get by just fine with a translation app)
Close to airport so only 25 yuan by taxi
Metro is about a half-hour walk.
Many restaurants and a nice market around the corner

There is no elevator, the facilities are old, the windows in the corridor have no air circulation, and it is very noisy. At 2 o'clock, someone was talking and making noise in the corridor. The sound insulation of the room next to it is not good. I didn't sleep all night. The next day, I walked for an hour to pick up the airport, which is 10 minutes away. I couldn't do it anymore and it was overloaded. I almost missed my flight.
