房間很好！住的也很舒服，前台小姐姐們的服務態度非常好！房間設施設備齊全！總的來説是一個非常好的入住體驗！

前台服務好，地理位置優越

酒店實名（門口的牌子寫的）不是這個名字，所以到了門口還不知道是酒店到了。到裏面問了一下才知道這就是燕築酒店。和商場是在一個大樓裏。房間很大。床也超寬敞。就是裝修有些舊了。其它都好。

We originally booked to stay for 3 consecutive days, but when we returned to the room with our two children after 10pm the next day, we found yellow dirt on the quilt. At that time, we were not sure who had stained it, so we only contacted the hotel to help get the bed. The quilt was clean, but there was no reply on the phone, so I just asked him to get a clean quilt cover. I felt a strange smell in the middle of the night and checked, and found a larger piece of dirt on the other quilt. One night the elder and the younger slept without a quilt on them. In the morning, I compared the footprints on the quilt with the shoes of the four of us, ruling out our own suspicions. I called the hotel and asked for the quilt to be changed. Then I was told that because it was raining in Kunming, a clean quilt could not be delivered. I said it was the hotel that made the quilt dirty. Should we endure it ourselves? Then they said that I had been staying for two days and did not contact them in time when I found out. I only contacted them the next morning. God, I understand that they don't want to disturb them in the middle of the night, but it would be my fault to deal with it the next day.
