入住是淡季，工作人員小祝給我們升級了房型，服務態度很好很周到。房間寬敞整潔分區明確，很適合安靜療養。酒店的花草植被打造很精美，設施設備很齊全，健身房和泳池體驗都很滿意。每天酒店都準備了小點心可以當茶點呆在房間悠閑品茶。本來旅行最後兩天要換酒店，但宋品入住的舒適度讓我們改變計劃續住，工作人員小祝也給我們申請了最優惠的續住價格，這次旅行美好的體驗有一半是酒店給的，以後還會帶孩子來體驗。

本來是想帶了孩子所以找個有特色的酒店住，才訂了這家，雖然樓上樓下的安排顯得空間大，但是燒水壺衹有樓下有，樓上卧室要喝熱水必須從樓下拿上去，樓梯也很長，樓上樓下並不方便，後悔訂什麼別墅房，還不如訂個普通酒店，而且第一晚安排的房間到了晚上莫名電路出故障，不停地跳電，孩子正好在洗澡，突然一片漆黑，什麼方向都沒有，嚇得我們不輕，電話前台後説是安排師傅來查看，師傅看了表示情況複雜要等明天再修，於是前台安排換房，孩子澡洗到一半也不洗了，趕緊擦擦乾，我們全家大小三人在夜裡十點重新整理行李，匆忙趕去另一個房間，對此番操作對我們造成的不好體驗以及製造的多餘麻煩，酒店工作人員也無任何多的歉意，最後關於按金退返，反正就是我不打電話去詢問，就不會主動給你的感覺。最後臨走送了四個鮮花餅，兩天住下來並沒有預想的舒心，所以一開始拿到了就想扔了，但是轉念一想畢竟是豪華酒店自己做的點心，應該挺精緻，所以就還是收下了，結果打開一吃，後悔一開始應該堅定地不要，不論外觀還是味道都非常掉價，酒店送這種東西想給客人當伴手禮的話，真是奉勸一句還是不要送，好給自己留點尊嚴。最後總結一句，這是一家不去不知道，去了不會再去的酒店。
