環境很好，靠滇池大壩近，看海鷗的季節特別合適衞生、服務、設施都挺好，就是價格偏高。

酒店很大，房間也不錯，可以理解為獨棟別墅，設施稍微有點老，但是能接受。有一些國有企業的通病，提升空間還比較大。

優點是位置#離海埂大壩近。設施設備陳舊，2000年代初的感覺。早飯難吃，相對同價位酒店菜式少，且個別菜無法下嚥，差評。
