首先剛到店一個女的前台服務員在打遊戲對於訊息那些也沒有認真核對衹給我們收了按金讓我們掃了一個碼就讓我們入住了整個過程沒有用到身份證也沒有人臉識別當時順利入住也就沒有過多考慮第五日致電來讓我們續費我當即對訂單質疑打開訂單發現是我們日期定錯了於是我們到前台續費整個月底過程也讓我不大能接受服務員對於自己的失誤沒有表示歉意給到我們的感覺也很不好隨後我對續費金額提出疑問服務員也沒有第一時間給出答案旁邊的男同志在其間也多次打斷我的話給到我的感覺也不是很舒服致電時間是第五天下午七點左右到樣子我們沒有考慮的機會就直接續住了其酒店其次在入住前四天並無客房打掃所有垃圾是我們自行打掃提下去仍的最後1.酒店一般入住都會核對客人訊息身份證人臉識別我想大家都是知道的2.提醒客人續住時間一般是在退房前也就是下午兩點前可以給到客人一個考慮的時間3.期間還有的衞生服務和一次性用品更換需要詢問客人是否有需要4.出現問題首先應該先和客人耐心解釋清楚無論失誤在那一方一個好的態度才會讓人舒服當時確實是我的失誤預訂錯了時間酒店在發現問題的第一時間應該聯繫到我而不是一直等着我住滿那幾天才聯繫我直接告訴我去續費我在預訂的時候是留了電話的希望可以給到大家一個參照#服務#房間設施房間設施齊全有窗和無窗還是有一定的區別的房間空調噪音還是有的大晚上開空調的話會睡不着#位置交通地理位置優越旁邊有小吃街和廣場還是比較方便的#房間景觀房間裝修風格還不錯#性價比性價比還是比較明顯的如果服務上在做改進的話會更好
