住房前不和我説 房間裏的東西 要收費 在我不知情的情況下亂收費 屬於是收費的問題

攜程定的有窗大床房，入住説房在維修了，也不給換房或者怎麼樣，怪軟件，讓我要麼接受無窗的，要麼退了定更貴的帶窗標間。因為入住比較晚，沒爭辯就直接退了重新定了標間，然後給安排了一個門壞了的房間，打開關閉都有問題，門鎖還鎖不了。前台的原話是所有房間基本都是這樣的，還找了保安大叔一直跟着，我覺得沒意思，直接説我要退房，才又給我們換了房間，新房間的門又好了，呵。大家要定前自行評判一下吧。
