酒店交通便利 停車也方便 兩次帶狗狗都是住的這家酒店。房間乾淨整潔 。我感覺是昆明寵物友好酒店條件很好的一家。就是去年底到今年房價越住越貴，又增加了一項寵物收費。其實能帶出來旅遊的寵物都是很聽話而且愛乾淨的。

客觀的説：停車方便，房間比較小，酒店周圍衹有一個便利店，其他什麼都沒有，房間設施有些地方老化，比如我們住的那間房，需要使勁才能拉開門。房間除了牙刷，沒有其他低耗品，需要找酒店拿。
説一下我們很生氣的地方：酒店服務人員特別不專業！！！我們帶小狗入住，第二天退房的時候問前台一女的，是否要查房後才退按金，她説是的，然後我們在外面溜達了20幾分鐘，她説已經檢查好房間
當天回家發現有衣服落在酒店，打電話給前台，查實後説已經收到客房中心了，我就很生氣問前台為什麼查完房不立刻告訴我們有遺漏物品？他振振有詞的説“我們不查房”！！！然後讓我自己叫快遞寄回去！
我就很奇怪了，難到這個酒店白班和夜班的工作標準不一樣嗎？還是對客人就習慣了信口開河隨心所欲？
另外，我們入住時，尾隨進來一個清潔阿姨，説要貼什麼東西，一直在房間搞了幾分鐘才出去！這些不應該客人入住前弄好嗎？！
酒店管理層你們自己好好反省一下吧！不推薦這個酒店！

房間乾淨整潔，特別喜歡酒店大堂的桂花香味，大堂常備着紅茶，還有聖女果，非常温馨！每次來昆明都選擇住在維基桂花。

前台服務有待提高，遇到問題就推諉，明顯聽出不耐煩。燒水壺壞的，一直燒水不關，電話打不到前台。枱麪擦不乾淨。

自駕來雲南，在維居住了差不多20天吧，酒店房間乾淨衞生，觀景窗白天看睡美人，晚上夜景也很美。酒店服務很好，因為住的時間長，酒店的短髮美女小姐姐特意幫我們多加了一個沙發，讓我們住的更舒服，住了這麼久，和酒店的前台，保潔都相處融洽，離開的時候還有些捨不得呢，再來昆明的話，還會選擇住維居。
