It's near metro station, a couple of main roads and the famed Green Lake (翠湖). Many eateries around and convenient stores are everywhere. In addition to the Green Lake, Kunming Old Street, Yuantong Temple (圆通禅寺) and Yuanxi Road (园西路) are all within walking distance. A very convenient location.
It's located right across from a kindergarten so it's quiet at night. The room is on 3rd floor and we have to go through an unsheltered area to reach. When raining, the path could be slippery. The room is spacious, comfortable and airy. The only issue is having a faint cigarette smell even we requested a non-smoking room.
A great feature is that guests are allowed to use the washing machine and hang laundry.

Simple, effective. Well located, there is everything you need for a good stay in Kunming. Close to the green lake really a good place to stay

The room is very cozy, clean and tidy. The inn is near a residential area and is very quiet. The washroom and toilet are separated into wet and dry areas. A few minutes' walk from the door is Cuihu Park, and there is also a check-in spot, Huanggong Street, with yellow walls. Many people come to take pictures every day, and it is very photogenic. The inn has squat toilets, which we don't mind. If you are not used to it, please bypass it. Overall, it is good.

The room is nice, clean and sanitary. The landlady is also very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. It only takes five minutes to reach Cuihu Park. The Yunnan cuisine next to it tastes great too👍🏻It's just a bit expensive.
