The hotel has a good environment and a superior location. The front desk is friendly and provides free shopping bags, free luggage storage, and wake-up service. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle the problems we encounter in a timely manner. They put themselves in the shoes of the guests and truly provide butler service. If we order takeout, the front desk will deliver it to our door, so we don't need to go downstairs to pick it up. It was a very satisfactory stay experience.
