本來選這裏主要是看中地鐵直達交通便利，同德廣場是昆明最具人氣的商圈，周圍寶藏小店好多，超適合愛吃愛玩愛逛的寶子們~當然，選民宿性價高也很重要啦😝，結果意外驚喜!裝修設施環境設計很有品哎！尤其床品很棒吔!睡得很舒服呢~小夥伴們玩得都很開心!下次還來！😍

Nice little apar**ent right in the city of Kunming, located right opposite the big Kunming Tongde Plaza mall. Self check in went relatively smoothly but it is hard to get in contact without a China phone number. Room is nice, had lots of amenities provided but a little bit small for 5 people each with a luggage. Still a very good deal, will consider booking again!

實話要分開説。店主的服務沒得説。有問必答。早上訂的米線，準時送到。民宿內也用了些小心思打造公共區域。
但是作為商務出行，本人有很多不適應的。首先是樓層裏都是做美甲的店。樓道還在施工。房間裏把一層變兩層，所以我在房間裏連胳膊都無法舉起來那麼矮。想辦公，要側着身子，因為房間太小。雖然東西齊全，但是我們商務出行還是講究一個方便。之前在太原和大連都曾經住過民宿。不誇張地講，那裡一個房間抵這裏上下至少4個房間的大小。
良心話，如果我和朋友們出行，不在乎這裏。這裏更像轟趴館。如果工作出差，不會再考慮這裏了。

位置就在悦中心樓上，夜晚去同德廣場也很熱鬧。民宿是提供密碼自助入住，選的房間不大，但是設施很新也很乾凈，公共區域設定了吧枱，可以免費自己打現磨咖啡。

房間温馨可愛😘😘，不算大但是很舒服，充滿人性化。小姐姐服務也不錯！愛了愛了！下次出差還要光顧！不得不提一下位置很哇塞，同德廣場什麼都有🤭
