hotel is new and clean and we had a great time staying at the hotel. it was near the railway station and hence very accessible! would love to stay here again!

Location is close to station and there have restaurants around. Moreover; the facilities is much better when compared to other chain hotel but the wifi is unworkable 😅

A little further than I thought walking from Kunming Station, but everything else made up for it. I was greeted warmly by the ladies at the front desk, and offered drinks and candy while waiting for check in. Hotel lobby and room was clean and comfortable, the amenities gave off a fun and chic vibe. Though we stayed facing the road, there was no noise at all during the night. I must mention the helpfulness of the front desk. We arrived late at night with a toddler in tow and have not had dinner. I asked if they could help with ordering takeout from Meituan as I do not have a local China mobile number and they gladly offered to help and send the food up to my room. Overall, highly satisfied with the hotel and the warm, friendly service provided. I will definitely stay here again. Well done ladies.

Only stayed here for a night but chose it cos it was near the metro and the railway station. They had the smart xiao du xiao du system so it was essentially a smart room. Just let Xiao du know to turn on the lights, open the curtains, play songs, turn on the TV etc. Guess what, they have a laundry room and it is complimentary! So feel free to wash and dry your clothes there. Staff was helpful. We were initially issued a smoking room and requested for change and the staff came up to show us other rooms that we could change to. Service is good. Will definitely stay here again next time!

I came back from Lijiang to Kunming and re-stayed at this fabulous hotel. All the staffs are accommodating allowing me to leave all 4 large suitcases at their concierge until I was back after 3 days later. All my kuaidi arrived and accepted in good order as well. I can’t ask for more from this hotel 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Very good location Hotel is not far from Kunming railway station walk just only 10 minutes from the hotel. All Staffs of the hotel is very helpful and give the good services. Near the hotel there are many restaurants so it is very convenient Room is very clean and modern . So We also book to stay here for one more night after we come back from Shangri la by train. Highly recommend this hotel if you come to visit kunming

Big room, with smart feature with 小度 All staff has excellent service and attention to details Laundry, gym and breakfast place is at level 2 Just that my room is beside the restaurant and it’s noisy in the morning where you can literally hear the people dragging out the chairs to seat and people talking and laughing. If you can choose, don’t take the room beside the breakfast place but other than that I would def stay this hotel again.

It’s a cozy and pretty clean hotel. We had enjoyed our stay here. Amenities were great, we have free supplies of bottled water, tea and even some tangerine gummy. We could even get free tangerines, biscuits and tangerine cordial at the reception area every morning. The mattress was firm and comfortable. Almost everything is tangerine flavour even the toothpaste! One thing that we wasn’t too pleased was the malfunctioning lock of the balcony door. We couldn’t lock it at all.

Welcoming staff at the checkin counter. Checkin and checkout was smooth. The location is very good as it is near to railway station. Room is very clean. Breakfast was healthy and suit with malaysian taste bud. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended

Clean and modern decor, good customer service. Even has 2 washing machine/ dryer which is complimentary for guests. Very popular so expect high demand. Breakfast is good too.

Receptionists we're very helpful. Hotel is clean and new, well maintained. Worth the price! Will definitely recommend to whoever is planning to visit to Kunming. Breakfast was just nice too.
