Location is far from the main gate of Zhouzhuang Ancient Town. Service is okay, but our room not cleaned on the 2nd day. Decoration of the room is nice. Water in the showerroom sometimes too hot and suddenly can be too cold, I don't know why. My room in the 2nd floor (no lift access), so maybe the price is cheaper than the 1st floor room.

This is a charming place in front of a canal in the old town. The room included some traditional touches, such as a tea table and traditional seating. It's a good place to spend a couple of nights and get to know the old town. Keep in mind that if you leave the old town, you have to buy a ticket to get back in. Also, public transport to the town is somewhat limited. Unfortunately, this place appeared in a search for places in Suzhou, so we didn't realize where it was located and booked too many nights. However, for a couple of nights in ZhouZhuang, it's lovely!

Room has an ageing look with dusts, bathroom is a bit mouldy. We came during winter and the room was like a chiller and took some time to warm up. The owner arranged his staff to pick us up on foot from a meeting point outside the ancient town as cars aren’t able to enter. However, his staff didn’t lead us back to the same pick up point even if had requested for help. We lost our way and thankfully my car driver was able to locate us. We booked a room for 4 but amenities were arranged for 2 only. We have to request for extra from bathroom items to pillows. Will consider other modern guests houses at the edge of the water village for the same price.

The inn is in a very good location, right next to the South Lake in Zhouzhuang Scenic Area, but the South Lake is under maintenance and you can't enter the park. In addition to the good location, the inn's hardware facilities and overall environment are also very good, suitable for vacation. Now I share with you the actual photos I took!

The store manager's service hotline is thoughtful and directly connected to the entrance of the scenic area. The store is in a prime location, right inside the scenic area, and you can enjoy the scenery directly at the entrance. What's better is that the room is spacious and cost-effective. Clean, tidy and sanitary, a satisfactory stay. Good review!

Nice hotel in a water village. The staff was very helpful. We lost the plug for charging our phones, we went to the reception and they gave us a plug for the entire stay. We asked how to get to Shanghai, we got an answer. Everywhere is clean and well-kept. We really liked it.

The boss's service attitude is super good and very enthusiastic. This is my most intuitive impression of this inn. It really makes people feel at home. The furnishings in the room are antique, and there is a small garden inside the inn. When I was doing the guide before, it said that this inn is at the innermost of Zhouzhuang. In fact, it's OK. I parked the car in the Fuguiyuan parking lot. It feels like I can watch and listen to the boss's explanation on the way to the inn, and I will arrive in a while.

Very convenient location, easy to go anywhere, the room is very spacious, the experience is great, the balcony on the second floor is sunny. The store owner is polite and thoughtful, it was a great experience.

We booked a river view room. The owner was very hospitable. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the river view was really great! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Zhouzhuang!

The owner of the B&B recommends parking at the Fuguiyuan parking lot. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk in with a suitcase. It is still a bit far. It is almost at the innermost part of the scenic area, close to the Quanfu Long Bridge. The environment of the inn is quite good, with landscaping.
