I was impressed with the room at the hotel. It was so spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable. The assortment of food at the hotel was also really good. There were so many Chinese and Western choices. I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Kunshan.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

This is the best in Kunshan Development zone. Clean and elegant lobby. The park beside the hotel is always refreshing.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. I will stay at this hotel when I visit Kunshan again.

Great hotel

The food in the Chinese restaurant was great! The other restaurants did not have all options available. The service was okay but not very foreigner friendly. The facilities were underwhelming but a very nice hotel.

The waiter greeted me when I entered the hotel. I felt very comfortable. The front desk service was also very good. I didn't want to go downstairs during my stay, so I ordered takeout and it was delivered to me. It is worth recommending. I will stay here again next time.

Very satisfied, especially the rich breakfast! The waiters are very enthusiastic and greet each other when they meet. The room needs additional toothbrushes and bottled water, which are delivered very quickly!

Every time I go to Kunshan, I will choose Jinling Hotel. It has convenient transportation, elegant environment, and is surrounded by parks and lakes. You can go for a walk after a good meal. The room is clean and comfortable, with dry and wet separation. The service attitude is very good. It is a non-smoking floor. Opposite is the lake view, with a wide view and very comfortable. I booked a room with a buffet dinner, which is very cost-effective. The dinner also gave me a butter-baked small green dragon.

Children like to take a bath, the water volume is particularly large, the hotel activities are also very good, a full day of activities + swimming pool, parents can let go, breakfast is also very rich

In particular, a boy who should be the manager knew that it was the child's birthday and specially sent a cake to the child, which made the child very happy. Hygiene: Very clean. Although the hardware is not new, it can be seen that it is cleaned very carefully. It is worth staying again

The facilities in the room fully meet the hotel's standards! The hotel's leadership, especially Manager Yang Jinliang and the assistant lobby manager, were extremely touching in their professional attitude in solving problems. They were especially able to make guests feel deeply cared for and respected. If I visit Kunshan again in the future, I will choose to stay in this hotel again without hesitation!

After all, it is an old hotel. The facilities, hygiene, environment and service are all five-star standards. It is great. I especially like the swimming pool. The water temperature is up to standard. The locker room and gym are very clean. Many configurations are user-friendly. You can see that they are doing it seriously and attentively. The "Aozao noodles" for breakfast are great. I stayed for two days and the taste is still good. 👍 I want to complain about the desserts. Except for the egg tarts, the others can't be worse. Finally, I want to give a thumbs up to the receptionists and the beauties who clean the rooms. Your warm and thoughtful service is very heartwarming. It feels like home and adds points to your hotel.
