第一次入住陽澄湖費爾蒙酒店，感覺非常好。酒店大堂設計典雅大氣，進入酒店大堂工作人員主動幫助提行李，前台經理李靜 非常熱情接待了我們，並幫我們升級到了湖景房，辦理完入住她還給我們介紹了酒店的餐飲、娛樂及休閑設施，讓我們提前對酒店有了全新的瞭解。酒店早餐非常豐盛且美味，頤豐閣中餐廳菜品豐富且味道鮮美，比較獨特的是菜品可根據人數選擇半份，經理顧成艷付經理錢盼盼及服務人員都非常的熱情主動。總之這次體驗感非常好，該酒店從管理層到服務員賓客至上的理念非常強，服務意識非常好，我一定會推薦給朋友們。

非常好的環境，綠樹成蔭，鳥語花香。服務也很好，前台美女姐姐李欣給我們升級了金尊湖景，誠意滿滿，贊一個！

I am already an old guest of Fairmont. When I can't think of a place to go on weekends or small holidays, I always think of Fairmont Yangcheng Lake. The environment around the hotel is first-class. Yangcheng Lake is right outside the door. The Fengyue Island Organic Farm next to it is the best choice for taking children to understand rural life. The service of the hotel gives people a cozy and relaxing feeling. It is a place I am willing to come again and again. I can relax and lie down comfortably. It is close to the bustling city, but far away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel rooms are decorated comfortably and grandly. This time, I was selected as a guest of the "Surprise Journey" event and upgraded to a suite for free. There is a walk-in closet, a huge bathroom, a comfortable sofa, and the right to use the executive lounge. The front desk manager Ruby gave particularly enthusiastic service and help, and I also thank Rebecca, Alice, and Zoey for their enthusiastic help.

酒店環境不錯就是裏面設施有點陳舊，酒店外就是湖邊公園很不錯，酒店的早餐也不錯服務員也很熱情

好久沒來這家酒店，景色環境都是吸引人的。服務也是五星級，很適合休閑居住。早餐也很豐富，餐廳吃飯也很方便。

整體都很滿意，推薦！

為了小朋友生日，特意入住了酒店，生日蛋糕，神祕禮物，開心滿滿！酒店環境很美，湖邊漫步，飲茶小聚，愜意！

酒店很好，環境很不錯，設施設備保養的也好，服務熱情周到。處理問題及時有效，就是房間空調操作起來有點難。
