住了十幾年的酒店，依然滿意，適合不同年齡層的需求，環境靜謐，湖光雲影，心情愜意，味蕾滿足，特別是Ella給了我們無限的細緻關懷，讓我們倍感親切、温暖，費爾蒙酒店是目前崑山入住最佳選擇！

三刷了，每次想要寫點評都忘記，這次趕緊記錄一下。感謝周濤、alice、moon。
服務真的真的很好！每個服務員都是笑着打招呼。國內住了那麼多酒店，能做到這點的真的不多。
餐廳非常好吃！量大，性價比賊高。
非常適合親子！泳池兩頭分別深1.1m和1.4m，泳池的洗浴間很不錯，乾濕分離，而且有甩幹機（此次拉踩洲際）。户外小童樂園可以玩很久，風景非常好。小火車50塊一大一小，半小時就輕鬆打發了。還有小孩的自行車能借，騎車轉一圈非常快樂。還有皮划艇，每次來必玩。等着七八月份户外泳池開了再來。
之前還可以擺渡車去農場，現在農場單幹了，擺渡車去不了了，有點麻煩，需要自己開車去農場北門。不過週末兩天的話，時間真的很緊，游泳騎行小童樂園皮划艇，沒啥時間特意去趟農場了。住這裏玩三天兩晚比較寬鬆。
餐廳真的真的很好吃。來了三次，每頓都是1樓的中餐廳吃的，感覺菜單要刷遍了。6.1晚上的餐廳女經理特別客氣熱情！表揚！烤鴨的皮非常脆，很好吃，比預期高很多。就是餐具不是很乾凈，幾次了都有異物粘在碗上，換個洗碗機吧。

酒店環境不錯，服務也很好，直接給升級到行政樓層了。送的歡迎水果和小點心也不錯，孩子很喜歡，遊樂場所可以剪紙，整體還可以，錯過了落日，下次可以再來補上

原本未打算留宿，行程訂得匆忙，並提出了不要尾房的要求。6月1日的入住率很高，幸虧前台Alice的費心安排，房間很滿意，升級到了套房，因為看我有些醉了，Alice還特地加了微信，關照我有需要可以聯繫她，這個上大分啊。房間很大，還準備了歡迎水果。酒廊的sammi也貼心的幫我準備了茶水和甜品。從入住到退房都感受到了無微不至的幫助和關愛。一定會再來，也會推薦身邊的親朋好友。

帶娃過6.1盲選了陽澄湖，在英迪*酒店和費爾蒙酒店之間選了很久，最終入住老牌費爾蒙酒店。絕對不需此行！沒有覺得酒店設施非常老舊，反而覺得一切都維護的很乾凈整潔。品質一直在線。
房間意外被升級到金尊系列，酒店提供的下午茶品質超高，服務超好，特別感謝Sammi經理和Alice的悉心服務。餐點好吃的讓小朋友一個人就光盤了。下次打算再體驗下這裏的套房。
這裏的自助早餐也非常好吃，外籍經理親自在服務大家，感覺對客人的重視。
我們還吃了酒店西餐廳的自助晚餐，看夕陽日落氛圍感絕佳。期待酒店可以繼續保持服務和服務的品質。
