房間很乾凈，阿姨服務很好，充電線壞了，第一時間送了免費充電器，酒店外圍環境也很漂亮，非常滿意價格也非常合理，早餐非常豐盛，

酒店整體環境不錯，從門口保安，前台接待，到客房打掃衞生阿姨，服務態度都很好。早餐豐富，晚上自助餐超值。預售套餐中送亭林園門票，公園值得一遊。以後和朋友來崑山玩，還會住該酒店。

5月2日入住的，由於節假日入住率高，房間打掃一時沒岀來，前台跟我們溝通了，我們也理解，服務也是可圈可點的，客房衞生也沒有因為滿房而降低標準，客房服務員工作辛苦了。可是到了晚上的自助晚餐卻是差勁了，我們事先也有預訂好的，到了時間下去自助餐廳，門口接待講（過節人多，沒有位子了，要等）當時我們也表示理解，後又來了倆位就餐的，等了一會兒，她們居然當著我的麪，讓後來的先進去吃，我就跟門口接待的女服務員講：你們有沒有先來後到的，接待的講：他們是二位，你們是三位，現在衹有2個位子，所以你們還要再等等，並跟我講，晚上要到9點。此時我是非常生氣的，二人可以吃，三人就不能吃嗎？這又不是聚餐，是自助餐，你不讓我們先進，至少也得跟我們商量一下吧，工作邏輯思維能力會這麼差嗎？過節人多，這些我們都可以理解，但不應該是工作失誤的藉口吧，既然有預訂了，這應該不是擺設吧，應該事先有個統計和準備，這些還表現在早餐門口的接待中，也體現出工作人員的專業水準差勁，含早餐和不含早餐的，應該事先都知道的，以為我們訂的是不含早餐，讓等着要跟前台確認，我又觧釋了一下，後來那女接待講她看錯了，為什麼餐廳門口的接待會一而再再而三地出現差錯，不是一出誤會，就找過節人多的藉口，一次非常不好的體驗，而且是在同一地點。希望酒店在以後的工作中，加強餐廳接待人員的培訓，提高工作質量和服務水平。

房間超大，景觀房視野廣闊，隔音好，晚上安靜，嬰兒般的睡眠。客房服務超棒 ，很晚還幫着鋪沙發床的被褥，那小朋友的洗漱用品，和提供手機充電器。晚上自助餐有小龍蝦和小火鍋。早餐也很棒，特別是早餐的服務，超五星的享受。停車免費，車位充足。套餐的價格性價比超高。
