Cabins are in shocking condition, run down heaps of junk. This was such a disappointment for our week long stay. Everything was old and barely working if at all. I fell down their broken steps. The cabin is badly water damaged and the park managers just shrugged their shoulders.... And to make it worse, it is not sold as budget pricing!

We stayed in an older, comfortable, self contained deluxe cabin, which had plenty of room and comfy bed. We were on a tour and had no dealings with the management so can only comment on the cabin. The pool looked lovely and clean. The word "resort" is rather over the top as it's just a caravan park, but we found the cabin just fine. People need to remember they are in a remote area and things aren't going to be perfect.

The two cabins that we occupied were very dirty and the seating needed replacing. Even the chairs on the veranda felt as if they would give way under a bit of weight. The blinds looked as if they had not been cleaned for some considerable amount of time. There was dirt around the wash basin in the bathroom so obviously it was not cleaned properly. Step into Cabin 32were unstable and one side held up by a brick. To say this is a Resort I wonder if they are Comedians. I spoke to the Manager by phone after leaving as I was unable to speak to her personally.32

Male Manager has no "People's Skills" Is very Arrogant, lies to suit himself. Rides around all day on the Golf Cart. Make People very uncomfortable whilst riding around the Park who stares at others. Abuses Caravanners that can't reverse properly onto sites. Closes the Pool Area 2hrs prior pool closure time so he can finish for the day. Hasn't the time to help caravanner's except from its home state. If you booked in, and running a little late you will not be allowed in after 5pm. Security lighting very poor, as the Solar lights fade out around midnight, need back up lighting to deter the local offending visitors . He talks about you to others. Word has already got around to other traveler's not to go there. He will destroy the reputation of other Mangers whom has built the Park up. The only Caravan Park that is not full whilst others are at full capacity. Owner needs to get rid of them before its too late. Sad to see the Park has failed because of the Mangement.

Anyone travelling to Kununurra wanting to stay at caravan park this one is very run down. Tried to use dryer in laundry it was filthy luckily we travel with our own dryer . Toilets are not cleaned and very old , men’s toilet has a broken tape one basin . Has only one boom gate working . Beautiful trees lovely green grass just needs a good injection of money to bring it up to scratch .

Really disappointed in the unfriendly, unwelcoming staff who run this park. We had booked for a powered site a day early and advised we would be arriving in the late afternoon. Upon arriving, the bloke behind the desk just said ‘nope no more’ and advised we would be free to set up camp in the car park. Once we told him we had paid for the site he said that they had no powered sites left and we would need to stay on an unpowered. This was fine but when we asked for a refund of the difference between powered and unpowered, he laughed in our face and said we had to be joking. Really lovely park, it’s a shame this attitude has completely ruined it from the moment we drove in.

The current management are very difficult to deal with, they are deceptive about the deals that are available, we asked twice what the deals are as we found $385 to be high for a weekly rate. When talking to new people arriving they all told us about the stay 4 pay 3 deal that had been running since before we arrived. We asked for our rent to be backdated but instead they upped our cost. The managers here will be the death of this park! All the other parks in town are at capacity yet this park in only half full with all incoming patrons commenting to us about the attitude of management. It’s very unfortunate to see such a great place run into the ground by the wrong manager’s in place 🙁
