"We stayed 7 nights @ the Best Western Cambridge to explore the West Kimberly extensively. The hotel is brand new, with another section nearing completion by the end of this year, when the hotel will undoubtedly offer the best in town. Extremely clean, and within walking distance of the centre of Kununurra.. A very basic continental breakfast, but satisfying. Arrive early before the fruit platter finishes Currently the room is cleaned every three days, but on request, was cleaned daily. The dinning is expensive, with quality food but small portion size. The best and biggest asset was an employee named Matheus, soft spoken, friendly with a positive outlook, only too ready to help to make our experience perfect."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is quite a large complex but not noisy. It seems some chalets are on long terms lets or occupied by people working in the area. Our chalet was spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool and BBQ area were nice. There is no restaurant on site but you can walk next door or drive a couple of minutes to the town centre. We would definitely return."

"Apologies in advance for saying that when we first drove up to this motel, we thought we'd made a mistake - not a new looking place at all. But the office was welcoming and staff very friendly, helpful and chatty. And then we were blown away by the high standard of our room. It had been renovated to a good standard and we were very comfortable there. The room was well presented and very clean. Location was excellent and we could walk to everything in the town. We did hire a car for the first day so we could see a few lookouts, the Ivanhoe crossing and drive to Lake Argyle and do the sunset tour. But for the next day and a half, we could easily walk to the things we wanted to see closer to town. We enjoyed our stay at the Kimberley Croc."

"Not 2 bad spot"

"Stayed here as part of an eighteen-day package tour of the Kimberley that cost over $1000 per day. The room was fine, with good insect screens, overhead fan and air conditioning that did the job. Everything in the bathroom worked as it should. Some others in our group reported unclean rooms but mine was fine — perhaps I'm not as demanding? The big letdown was the restaurant. Very ordinary food. I've had better pumpkin soup out of a tin. First night our group had to order new chips as the ones we'd been served were cold and soft. The buffet the second night was barely adequate with only a couple of nice dishes, and no vegetables apart from basic shredded lettuce. Breakfast was dismal. For cereals only two ultra-processed sugary confections. The scrambled egg was just sludge and even had liquid on top. I couldn't bring myself to try it, but I bet it was cold. Paradoxically, the best meals we had on our tour were in some of the most remote areas and some of the worst were in the towns. The best thing about this place is it's central, with easy access to shops."

"Great spot … terrific hosts … very clean amenities! Large spacious sites with plenty of shade and grassed areas that were continually being watered. Staff so helpful and knowledgeable on the area and information on tours and trips whether self drive or paid trips. Would highly recommend!"

"The room was overall amazing and we had a great stay. However, the amenities were not quite as clean as expected, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and we really enjoyed our experience.🤗"

"We stayed in a standard cabin for 4 nights. The cabin was near the lake’s edge, which was great. Although we had campers & campervans directly behind the bedroom window, which meant you could hear conversations word for word. Staff were great & site is near the Kununurra lakeside trail. Cabin was very average though. Superficially clean, with grubby finger marks on doors & cupboards. Ceiling cobwebs, peeling paint, dirty lounge, tissues shoved in ceiling fan base. It just generally felt not very clean. Needs some TLC to freshen up & decent clean in between guests."
