We are Palm Cove regulars as we have family there and this was our first stay at Mango Lagoon, I can definitely say it will not be our last! It was absolutely perfect for our needs, well equipped comfortable first floor apartment, beautiful grounds & pools and all of the staff we met could not have been friendlier. I cant wait to return to this tranquil haven. Its a short walk down to the esplanade (10 mins max for me) which I loved, peace and quiet at the resort but a stones throw and youre in the heart of Palm Coves shops and restaurants.

Big spacious upstairs apartment, very clean, full modern kitchen, 'starter' amenities supplied. The building design doesn't allow any outside space in the upstairs apartments but the the louvred windows open fully to allow light and air in. Wasn't a fan of the shower-over-spa-bath arrangement with a big step over the side to get in, an open window to the bedroom, with shower curtain, but no shower curtain on the bathroom side so water splashes onto the floor. The sofas and beds were a bit hard but that's personal taste. Apartment had all facilities for a short or long stay including new washer and dryer. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and well-kept, choice of 4 sparkling pools. It's only a 5-10 minute walk to the main restaurant ***** and beach, the advantage of this means it's a very quiet and tranquil location. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the open-air reception is welcoming and tropical. I find Palm Cove in general a bit overpriced but this resort is excellent value and I had a great stay!

Just departed Mango Lagoon after a 7 night stay. Friendly. Practical. Easy. Enjoyable. And would definitely return. Matt the Resort Manager runs a tight and inclusive friendly team. The grounds and apartments are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed interaction with Matt & Karen @ Front Reception as she was very helpful with various tips. And Matthew fosters a collaborative atmosphere with other guests, especially at Happy Hour @ the Bar. He’s on site at all times and onto everything and he takes enormous pride. A visit to the resort spa is a must. It’s tranquil and relaxing. Massages were beautiful and we had Tori who was lovely and very good. As I sit on the plane ✈️ to go home we are trying to figure out when we can return to Palm Cove which we have loved for many years; and Mango Lagoon which we would stay at again. 52 meter lap pool a bonus plus 3 other pools. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, great experience all around.
Note: The only reason i didn't give 5 stars for the "Staff and Service" category was because they sold us a practice cocktail, made by a new trainee learning how to make the drinks. Even she looked uncomfortable selling it to us - but her boss insisted. I tasted as you'd expect for a training exercise. The bartender herself was lovely and friendly though.

A very good resort to recharge your batteries and stay calm.
It has several salt water swimming pools.
There are rooms and apartments.
My room was extraordinarily clean. I was absolutely delighted with it.
We arrive in a sort of coco. The furniture is simple, sober but with a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax.
There is a small fridge, microwave and kettle.
Basket with bath towel to go to the beach.
The value for money is very good.
Excursions can be booked at the hotel reception.
I recommend renting a vehicle to fully enjoy the region.
I absolutely recommend.
