"It is great for those travelling with pets as they are accommodated in some rooms. Literally across the road from the beach lovely surroundings with a great small restaurant specialising in prawns and seafood with a bar....the hotel has a lovely rooftop pool and spa and large balcony. It would be great for functions as well. Could do with a bit of sweeping up and furnishing to encourage usage, but otherwise glad it was there."

Because I learned that the hotel is equipped with kitchen utensils, but there is no large shopping supermarket nearby, I bought some beef and lamb chops, vegetables, eggs and rice in the supermarket in Cairns before coming to Palm Cove. Friends who don't like to cook can go to the beachfront street to eat, very close, it is a little expensive. Also suitable for taking children, need to be reminded that there may be jellyfish at the beach, pay attention to safety. In addition, from the Cairns city to Palm Cove, if you do not have a lot of luggage, you can choose to take the bus, you can also take a taxi, a little expensive about 100 Australian dollars."

"Peppers Beach Club Resort has an exceptional location the pools exceptional. The Included breakfast at La Mesa the resort restaurant was very good my wife & I enjoyed our stay very much. I would do laps at 6am then cross the road from the resort at the beach in a safe netted off area with a maned lifeguard tower fantastic location surrounded by wonderful restaurants something for everyone. Thanks you Daniel for looking after our accommodation request the staff always welling to assist. We would definitely stay here again 🌟🌟🌟"

"The room is great! Quite spacious with enough space for a family of four. There is a barbecue grill and kitchen as well as dishes and cooking utensils. Very good. But the service and hospitality is poor. The worst experience I’ve ever made! There is one restaurant that is always fully booked, but still has tables and chairs available. You have to please them to make up a table for you, very uncomfortable for a five star hotel! Then they have a lagoon bar that offers foods and drinks. First day 29. Dec there was a wedding, so the lagoon bar was closed for hotel guests. Food can be ordered to room, because restaurant is fully booked. We asked if there is a celebration for New Year’s Eve, but concierge told us it was cancelled because no people were interested in. On 31. Dec they closed lagoon bar again for hotel guest because suddenly they had a New Year’s Eve party, but not for us. On January 1st there was no room service…. Check out was the same unfriendly treatment as during check-in… If you don’t mind to spent your holidays like a tenant it’s a great place. As a hotel guest better try another one. We will not come back here!"
