Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a family emergency, we were happy to have credit/new dates for the remaining nights, but unfortunately ******* or the hotel would not honour this so we lost 3 nights accommodation!

Beautiful location, amazing pools, just room didn’t match the beautiful resort pools or guests amenities. Found room extremely dated, very poor lighting & really uncomfortable furniture. I couldn’t call it luxury accommodation. Wonderful staff, very helpful & very engaging. Great restaurant too, awesome that it offers pool service. So whatever you order from Takeaway menu they bring to you poolside, YAY. Loved that for sure.

Great Resort, nice pool, clean rooms. Food very good around the resort pool. Good reception staff, quick check in, and room exactly as shown and described. Clearly the management take pride I. gardens and maintenance as the resort presents very well.

We recently stayed for a 3 night break as part of our North Queensland holiday, and must say the hotel did not disappoint. The room was immaculate and was positioned over looking the pool. The pools and swim up bar were great and check in/check out was seamless. Would highly recommend.

When booking we were not informed there was no lift to our rooms on the third floor. We are in our late 60s and walking stairs is not something we would expect from a resort of this caliber. Also the steps were not of regulation health and safety size which made managing the stairs even more difficult for us.

If you just need a holiday where you need to relax then this is the place for you. Plenty of food choices nearby or just go to the Mesa restaurant on site. Lay by the pool, get pool service and just chill. End the day in your own private spa. I didn’t want to leave and was most tempted to extend. Staff are all excellent, service was excellent and the room lovely.

We had a wonderful stay and was warmly greeted by manager Trent when we arrived. The pool and garden's are lush, big and beautiful. Yummy breakfast to finish off our overdue staycation. Thanks Peppers.

We had ants in our room, lights that didnt work. And had a number of people come to our room to fix these problems. I had my 50th birthday make up gifts over $350 worth with me. That were stolen from my room. Never stay here again.

Lovely resort and beautiful pools with enough sun lounges to relax. We booked a sea view room which we thought would have been a bit better (see photo of the view) Due to half the balcony space being taken up by a huge spa bath, there was only space for one chair! My husband had to make do with sitting on a small wooden table! Disappointing having to wait until 2pm to get the room after requesting 12.30pm check in. Anyway, staff were pleasant and resort very nice to chill.
