This is about the only hotel where you can see the scenery of the trolley train running from all rooms. The view from the room is wonderful. I don't know how to eat because I stopped by the plan without meals. It seems to be an old hotel, but the interior was clean. You can see a hotel-like building from Unazuki Onsen Station, but it is a resort apar**ent. This hotel is the other side. It's best to call the station and have them pick you up.

When my husband participated in the Kurobe Meisui Marathon, he said that he would stay in Toyama City because he could not stay at Unazuki Onsen alone. Unazuki Onsen? ? I don't support the marathon, but I want to ride the trolley train. I changed my husband's accommodation schedule and booked this hotel expecting a view. The view was soothing as expected. I saw various reviews, but it seems that the evaluation was low when the corona disaster was in full swing, but I had high expectations because the reviews were high in the past and the recent reviews were high. It was as expected. Stayed on the top floor (6F) of Kitakan. The meal was a small course (10 dishes in kaiseki cuisine). It seems that there are 12 items for normal kaiseki. It was the day before the marathon, so my husband was satisfied with both the taste and quantity. Rice is in the dining room (private room) with the jar. Is it because the water tastes good? The rice was also delicious.

It was a little cold at night, so I wanted to warm the room, but when I turned it on, it was air conditioning. The hot water in the open-air bath is quite hot, and the scenery is beautiful, but you can't take it slowly. The indoor bath is also poorly ventilated and stuffy. The staff are hit and miss. The young male staff at the front desk couldn't understand the explanation at the time of check-in anyway, and I didn't understand even if I asked again, so I stopped listening. Even though the young female staff who were in charge of dinner on the first day were in charge of several groups by themselves, they were holding our food and talking to customers at other tables all the time, so we had to wait. Only. The fun time turned into a frustrating time. I understand that you are trying to speak politely, but it was terrible. I was looking forward to it because I thought it was a first-class inn because it was expensive, but I was disappointed with the staff. Even though we are not objects, there were several staff members who used the words they would use to describe things without hesitation. (All young staff) Consideration and wording should be taught properly. The veteran staff were lovely. The people I passed in the corridor were nice, but what was particularly nice was the short-cut female staff who was in charge of dinner the next day. It was quick and pleasant, and although I was dealing with many groups by myself, I was able to have a pleasant meal with each group. If you could respond to this person from the first day, I think that the way you feel about the inn would have changed. If you can meet a nice staff, it's a very good hotel, but if you meet the worst staff, your trip will be ruined, so if you're thinking of staying, I think it's better to assume the worst.

The building is old, but the waiter was nice. I booked a plan that included breakfast and no dinner, but I was told that there would be transportation if I wanted to eat dinner outside. He also introduced recommended restaurants. The bath is a hot spring that makes your skin beautiful! It was a very pleasant hot spring. And it's extremely spacious! Breakfast was also delicious.
