"Unazuki Onsen town is a truly rejuvenating place. It's a small town, and the hotel isn't far from Unazuki Onsen Station, so I didn't call for a pickup. I arrived by train from Tateyama, and to my surprise, the hotel's shuttle was waiting right as I got off – a pleasant surprise! Upon entering the hotel lobby, you're greeted by a stunning view of the river and lush trees through the large front windows. The lobby itself is spacious, bright, and spotless, instantly making you feel comfortable. The room was huge, with views of the Kurobe Gorge right outside the window. Both dinner and breakfast were incredibly rich and varied, offering a delicious spread of both Japanese and Western cuisine – a real treat for the taste buds! The large public bath was also excellent, featuring an outdoor section where you can soak in the hot spring while enjoying the surrounding greenery. I only stayed one night this time and didn't get to ride the Kurobe Gorge Railway, but I'll definitely be back!"

"Great hotel, but breakfast and dinner are by reservation in time slots. Breakfast amazing, dinner expensive 7000 yen. But our of season there is no other restaurant open in the village."

"The service was very good. Since we did not follow the hotel's schedule and there were many people and luggage, the hotel sent a car to pick us up. On the return trip, it rained, so in order to let us catch the train, they sent another car to take us back. Thank you for the warm service! The room has a great view of mountains and water when you open the window. There are many high-end toiletries, the room is clean and tidy, and the food is delicious. I will come again next time."

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Unazuki Station. Since there was a heavy storm that day, It was raining, so it was a bit awkward dragging my suitcase to the hotel. It was just renovated in 2023. There is a little smell in the room and the hot spring is very good! I paid extra to book a private bath. The water quality is so comfortable! The accommodation included dinner and breakfast the next day. The dinner was delicious. A male waiter could speak simple Chinese and had been to Shanghai. Basic communication was no problem. Breakfast the next day was still delicious. This hot spring area is relatively unpopular and there are not many online introductions, but it can avoid the crowds."
