"Five-star rating all around! I was a bit worried the 2019 renovation might feel old, but it absolutely doesn't – everything feels very new. They offer a pick-up service from the train station, or it's just a 300m walk. Inside the hotel, there are English-speaking staff, making communication a breeze. The buffet dinner was also good. There aren't many dining options on the hot spring street; besides one BBQ place, it's mostly set menus and ramen, so the hotel buffet is a better choice. For lunch, I recommend the cafe by the entrance; both the cakes and drinks were delicious. Since we visited in winter, we didn't book the scenic train, but we did go to the ski resort, which was perfect for kids. The foot bath next to the train station was super hot and incredibly relaxing. This is a great place to stay for two nights."
"I stayed here on my way to my grandma's house. The location is highly recommended for those with a car. Not only is the recently opened KOKO Kurobe roadside station right in front of the hotel, but there are also public baths and supermarkets nearby.
The front desk was very simple and I was able to check in quickly.
The room was comparable to a regular business hotel, and since there were no neighbors, it was very quiet. The room shook a little every time I walked, but it wasn't bothersome. There were vending machines on the premises and a free breakfast (frozen foods) was included, so there were no problems. I would like to use it again."
"Recomended hotel, even have the pick up and deliver services to the unazaki station! Recomended!
Provide so many free yukata to choose, welcome drink etc"
"Highly recommended! My room was very comfortable and had a stunning view – as did the outdoor onsen. At night, I could open the window and fall asleep to the sound of the river. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle service at all times of day and night, but it's also only a 10-minute walk to the train station."
"The price of Entojiso Hotel is really good value compared to several surrounding hotels. The Kurobe River is outside the window. The scenery is beautiful, the dinner is amazing, and the breakfast is also rich. Except that the hotel is old and the facilities are a bit old, everything else is very good. In addition, the wine shop only has two shuttle buses in the morning and afternoon every day. It goes to Kurobe JR Station at 10:30 in the morning and 14:00 in the afternoon."
The Hotel Aqua Kurobe provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Hotel Aqua Kurobe offers a pleasant stay in Kurobe for those traveling for business or leisure. The hotel offers easy access to Kurobe Station, just 300m away. Seeing Kurobe's sights from this hotel is easy with Kaze Tower, Kurobe City General Park and Kurobe City Gymnastics Center all close by. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Kurobe hotel provides parking on site.
"This hotel is part of the Oedo Onsen Monogatari group, and its reasonable accommodation prices are definitely reassuring. Its proximity to Unazuki Station makes it incredibly convenient for taking the sightseeing train.
The buffet offered a rich variety of dishes, all prepared using local ingredients. I was very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast, especially the yellowtail, which was absolutely delicious.
I stayed in a Japanese-style room, which was very comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. This place is highly recommended for families with children, offering a large ball pit, an inflatable slide area, and an arcade."
"We arrived before check-in time and asked if we could leave our luggage and car, which was readily accommodated.
The room had been renovated and was even nicer than it appeared in the photos, so we were able to relax and unwind very much.
As for the hot spring facilities, rather than being luxurious, they consisted of a simple indoor bath and open-air bath, but the open-air bath on the 7th floor offered a nice view, with the trolley train running below.
We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel to our acquaintances."
"Stayed for two days in a row. The dinner was really good and well worth the money. I will go there again next time I go to Unazuki. The food is very attentive. I have my own separate room for eating. I like it very much. The environment is beautiful."
"Resepsionis baik dan ramah meskipun tidak terlalu fasih bahasa Inggris. Hotel tua dan hanya bintang 2 jadi jangan berekspektasi banyak. Hanya saja untuk hotel bintang 2 menurut saya sudah cukup baik fasilitasnya. Sekutar 2 km dari stasiun Kurobe"
