東横ＩＮＮ会員登録をしていないと標準的サービスを受けられない。会員ステータスを強調したサービスに偏っている。会員と非会員では、チェックインできる時間も差別している。因みに非会員だとチェックインできるのが16時以降となる。それでいて宿泊料金も10%以上高くなる。
