"The hotel is located in Kurume Ichibangai and is about an 8-minute walk from Nishitetsu Kurume Station. Although the hotel is old fashion and the decoration is old-fashioned, the overall hygiene and service are good. The hotel also has self-service laundry and drying services. Washing is 300 yen for 30 minutes, and drying is 100 yen for 30 minutes. The prices are reasonable. The room size is good enough for us to put two large boxes of 27 and 28 inches respectively and still have enough space to move around. However, the hotel is a 30-minute walk from JR Kurume Station, so it will be quite far if you take the JR. "

"The room is very small. Only a medium-sized suitcase can be folded out. The bed is low, so suitcases don't fit underneath it. Cleaning is on request. Garbage bags were left outside the room. Room cleaning starts at 9 a.m. and is noisy. Towels are changed daily. The hotel is new, but there is a strong smell of carpet. The windows in the rooms don't open, making it feel like you're on an airplane. There is good ventilation, but no fresh air. The WiFi is good. TV channels are only in Japanese. The train station is nearby. Shops and cafes are also nearby. A wide selection. There is a walkway with an elevator across the street. An express bus to the airport is at the station. No need to order a taxi."

Although I had to change my reservation at the last minute due to the Kumamoto earthquake, I am proud that I was able to stay at an even better hotel because of it. The magnificent Japanese garden behind the hotel and the church, which is over 100 years old, speak volumes about the hotel's history. Thank you. I had a wonderful rest."
