Tsuruga should be a local chain brand. Because the itinerary was scheduled in a hurry, there were not many hotels to choose from at that time, so we chose this Japanese-style room. The frozen Akan Lake is outside the window, and the view is very good.
The service attitude is very serious and friendly! Because the itinerary was rushed, we didn’t book a seat for the bus behind us. If we didn’t book it, we wouldn’t be able to check out the next day... We asked the little brother at the hotel front desk for help. He used the translation software to communicate with us very seriously, helped us analyze the itinerary, determined the route, and called the bus company to help us book seats. For a whole afternoon, several hours, he didn’t have any impatience. When we left the next day, he went to the gate to wave and watch us get on the bus! The service attitude of this hotel really warmed my heart, thank them very much!
In addition, the pot of seafood soup for breakfast in their hotel is so delicious! I will try it next time I go!

The view from the hotel is really great and the environment is quiet
