The hotel smells clean, its cleaning is good, the people at the reception are helpful and there are 3 shopping malls near the hotel, many cafes,the location is great, you are in the center

It is located right next to the tallest building of Kuwait City where there is huge city mall. This is a 4 star hotel very well located, however a negative point is the breakfast which is acceptable but could be better. The rooms are good as are the beds.

Lobby was on first impression dirty, butt rooms are fine. Breakfast is good. swimming pool on the roof was covered with deck and not available. gym was written on top of one room door. I did not dare to try open. Walls little thin as can easily hear neighbour.

Good experience, clean hotel and friendly staff. I stayed for 3 days and it was comfortable experience, undoubtably the next room was separated with a door and it was noise from the next room. Breakfast was good and all staff was friendly. At the pool music was to loud and is wasn’t possible to rest properly.
