"Very enjoyable stay at Ramada, my room and the shower room were nice and modern, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety on offer plus a hot station for waffles, omelettes, and pancakes! Staff are just the best, super friendly and helpful! Was able to check in early, and am so thankful as I had a long flight in! I didn’t get their names but the Filipino woman at the front desk, and the staff in the breakfast room, plus the cleaning staff - all amazed me with their high level of professionalism and helpfulness! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when I visit! Thank you again!"

"First room was okay, but once we requested to extend one day, the ignored our request and kept throwing the request to another shift. After the extension the second room was very old and below the average, they took long time to confirme the availability. Also, they are reserving the custome parking to the owner (as per the security) and left us parking outside the hotel parking area."

From check-in to check-out, the service is simply outstanding. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team does an amazing job, and the overall cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional. The location is also perfect, making it convenient to get around Kuwait City. What impresses me the most is the consistency. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such a high standard every time you visit, but this hotel does exactly that. That’s why I keep coming back.
