This hotel requires couples to present a marriage certificate. The room quality is poor (generally outdated, peeling wallpaper and tiles, etc). Towels are only provided to a minimum.

The Carlton Tower Hotel Kuwait is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to many attractions and restaurants. The amenities are top-notch, including a pool, gym, and spa. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
