Exceptional service with accomodating staff, attentive over all communiation channels; face to face; email and whatsapp Breakfast was lovely with many options and offered all facilities and in close proximity to mall

everything was perfect, however the gym facilities needs a renewal or lets say a buff. They are in good working condition but not meeting my expectation for such a hotel.

I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott, Kuwait City as part of my job relocation, and as someone completely new to Kuwait, I was quite worried when I first arrived. However, from the moment I reached the hotel, the experience was truly comforting. The reception staff were extremely kind and supportive, helping me through many of the initial challenges of settling in Kuwait. I would especially like to mention Umesh, who helped me locate nearby places and food spots, and Swetank and Bipin, who genuinely made me feel at home in a new country. All the staff are very friendly and hospitable. The room service is excellent, with the housekeeping team being very punctual, respectful, and mindful of privacy. The breakfast buffet at the Atrium Restaurant (2nd floor) is very good, offering a wide variety of cuisines. The restaurant staff and chefs are also warm, friendly, and welcoming. The laundry service is exceptional. They promptly collect the laundry when requested through room service and handle everything with great care. The clothes are returned on time, and if there is any concern, they even contact me on WhatsApp with a photo — which is truly outstanding service. The hotel also has a well-equipped health club and a nice swimming pool on the 10th floor, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding skyscrapers. I also had lounge access, which was perfect for working or attending meetings while enjoying good coffee and refreshments. I would like to once again sincerely thank Umesh, Bipin, and Swetank for helping me feel at home. I may not know the names of all the staff members, but my heartfelt thanks to everyone for their wonderful hospitality.

Excellent service, location, accommodation. Near good malls so you can go out and have a relaxing time walking distance. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Particular mention to Nina at Front desk. The Japanese restaurant was yummy and the breakfast buffet practical but delicious.
