Meal is served by buffet style.

We booked through a Japanese friend as their staff couldn’t understand English very well. This hotel is so popular in Japan for the locals. This resort has everything for kids, teens and adults. The hotel has a spa-land which has lots of different outdoor onsens in a garden. The hotel is linked to mitsui outlet and amusement fun park / water park. Also, 10 mins drive to Nabana no Sato (flower garden) it is worth to go at night to see the flower night show. The hotel charge (around 22000 yen) includes 1 night stay with breakfast and dinner buffet, all the admission fees of spa land, amusement park and Nabana no Sato. I think it’s very good bargain. The dinner buffet has lots of variety foods: king crab , steak, clam soup and fresh sashimi etc. 1 night is not enough , should have stay for 2 nights. My kids are happy, my parents are happy. We are all happy about the stay and kids want to go back again. All the rooms are twin beds, and check out time is 10am. A bit early but I think it’s standard to onsen resort hotel in Japan

The price is reasonable, the room size is moderate, but the place to put clothes is lacking; the breakfast is quite rich, the best is that there is a large bath, and there is a large and chic rest room, full of comic books (Japanese); There is a big supermarket and drug bureau next to it, but it is located in a residential area, there are no restaurants, but there are a lot of parking spaces, which is very suitable for our self-driving tour.

Due to the influence of Corona, I enjoyed the Christmas dinner with my wife for the first time in three years. The location is the sky banquet ”La Mail” on the 16th floor, but the price was 15,000 yen (with free drinks), which was 3000 yen higher than three years ago. Well, it's this time of year. It was a delicious full course with the image of Christmas while watching the night view, but especially the cream soup of pie wrapped with mushrooms from Mie Prefecture is rich and exquisite! !! Thank you for the blissful time that made me forget the busyness of my life.

I stayed for a long time on my return from abroad.
The room was small, but it was clean and very satisfied.
What was better was the free service of breakfast and drinks!

The couple stayed in a standard double room.
The room, bathroom and cleanliness.
It was said that it included a free breakfast, but I have used the hotel with a free breakfast in several places, but it was the worst.
At 8:30, I went to the breakfast room, there were no seats available, and the food bowl was empty.
Though there were some people behind me.
It was said that you could take out, so it was unavoidable that there were no seats available.
There is only one person serving the food, and the procedure is bad.
I want you to replenish the food bowl before it becomes empty.
No rice, no curry, no appetizers, no orange juice, full of things.
Other customers have told me that there is no such thing and that there is no such thing.
I am very sorry that the room and the front desk were better.
I will never use it again.

I was worried because I wrote that the air conditioner was not effective and I couldn't sleep before my stay. I was able to sleep comfortably at night without thinking it was effective and ”hot”.
The staff at the hotel are all firm.

The hotel feels that the seat is a bit off, cross the small road on the side of the station and turn left under the viaduct. If a girl walks at night on that section of the road, it is a bit scary. This time I booked two single rooms. The hotel is relatively old. The non-smoking room was booked as a smoking room, which has a heavy smell of smoke. The air conditioner is especially powerful, so the air conditioner is basically not turned on. The front desk manager is a bit old, but his English is very good, the communication is smooth, and he is very enthusiastic, because he also took two bottles of air freshener for the smoking room, although it was useless. The room is relatively small, so it’s okay to live alone. The breakfast buffet is okay, you can eat enough, the taste of natto is unacceptable...Anyway, I chose to live in Kuwana to see the lights in the famous flower garden. Actually, I went back to Nagoya. It's perfectly fine to live. The hotel, if it is a single girl, it is not recommended, two people are okay.
