"I've known about this resort for many years, but this was my first time visiting. Frankly, it felt like there was too much demand due to the presence of an amusement park and pool. The room was standard in the main building, but the bathroom and sink felt particularly old, and the hair dryer was the type you'd find in a business hotel. As for service? The younger staff seemed to be trying their best, while the older staff (especially men) seemed a bit arrogant. Unfortunately, I didn't get the impression that I'd want to stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, less than a five-minute walk from Kuwana Station. It's very easy to find and convenient for transportation. The room was password-protected, which was very convenient. It was very clean. The hallway wasn't very easy to open, but otherwise, I was very satisfied. The shower water was exquisitely crafted, with a doctor-certified water. The pajamas were comfortable, and the pillows came in a variety of different heights, colors, and firmness, allowing you to choose your own. You could pick up your own room amenities each evening, which was very convenient. They also provided complimentary drinks in the evening, with a wide variety. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, but I recommend coming down early for dinner. There were vending machines, and the washing machine was the best I've experienced in several hotels. The clothes were washed and dried perfectly, and you could put them away. It was also very affordable, only 200 yen. It was fantastic. The front desk was very friendly, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Nagashima Spa Land."

"During the busy summer vacation period, I was almost giving up because I couldn't make a reservation on other websites or by calling the hotel directly, but I managed to make a reservation through Meitetsu Kanko. It was my first time using the hotel, but there were no problems and I was relieved to receive a detailed confirmation email. The hotel lived up to my expectations, and my father, who had always wanted to go there after hearing rumors about it since it first opened, was also satisfied. The dinner for the children was also luxurious, and they ate a lot of food that they don't usually eat, saying "It's delicious!" I was a little embarrassed to visit a high-end inn and restaurant in casual clothes with my children, but I was relieved to see that there were many other families there. I would like to use the hotel again with my family. Thank you for a good memory."
