Highly recommended to pre-request the room with sea view as I believe not all the rooms have such view. Great stay in overall, but the only minus point is that eventhough its a walking distance to the nearest station, there was no pedestrian until you reach the hotel, by which it was tough for those who have heavy suitcases. Not sure whether they provide pickup service or no though.
