The most satisfying hotel in Japan. Although it is not close to the subway station, the nearest subway station is about 3 to 5 minutes away.
The overall feeling of the hotel is very new, and the decoration style is also very Japanese. The room is spacious enough to spread out the suitcase, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the design is reasonable.
The balcony on the sixth floor has a great view, overlooking the Kyoto Tower.
The owner is very friendly and gave small gifts when entering and leaving the store

It's OK. The room is clean and tidy. The boss has a good service attitude. There is a laundry room downstairs (remember to buy laundry detergent at the front desk, 500 yen for 3kg of washing) and a self-service coffee machine (free to use). It's also quite close to the subway station. A small drawback is that the entrance to the hotel is hard to find.

This hotel really feels like home, very clean and considerate. There are two wash basins in the toilet. My friends and I can separate ourselves. It is very convenient. The hotel is newly opened. It is also very convenient for me to travel by car. There is one on the same street. There are many parking spaces and it is super convenient. It only takes 10 minutes to go to Kawaramachi. We loved staying at Kiki's. Their room is comfortable and clean. They don't advertise this, but the room on 4th floor had an incredible city view of the Kyoto tower! They provide free coffee and have laundry for a fee. The hotel is very modern and looks cool. We'll stay again!

This is like a ghost hotel with the staff almost always absent from the front desk, even during the daytime. The staff members also speak ZERO English and use a tablet to communicate. The facilities are pretty basic. I would not choose to stay here again, as I found the lack of customer service to be an issue.

A small property, with just a few rooms on each floor, quiet and clean. Rooms were quite small, but otherwise everything was just fine. Laundry on the ground floor was helpful.
