Love the design of the hotel. Very cool and spacious, lots of privacy. Staffs are super friendly and energetic. Very pleasant stay.

Very very good hotel for tourists. This is a new secret hotel. The hotel has provide attractions booklets for tourists. They also provide Sakura attractions on the morning and night time, how bloom of the sakura. And you can rent the stuff : coffee dripping, projector, speakers and more.

The location of the hotel is far from center.So that gave ıs a hard time.

Wonderful stay. Great room with balcony. The Balmuda toaster oven has made the stay fantastic. Lots of cute local eatery around.

I am generally satisfied. The amount of my order shows that tax is included. I don’t know why another tax was charged when I checked in. The front desk can’t speak Chinese, and we communicated in broken English. Anyway, we have to pay extra, and the money is not worth it. If there are too many, I am too lazy to call for consultation. This is a very beautiful hotel in a quiet neighborhood, not too far from Kyoto Station, so it was the perfect place for our family. They have great staff that speak English perfectly and helped us a lot when we checked in. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, with plenty of room. It has a nice kitchen area and a good sized bathroom. We would highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous hotel within 5 minute walk from Kyoto Station. We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in a spacious room with a balcony and kitchenette. Everything was clean and new. It was a pleasure to stay there.

22 Pieces is an intimate and sophisticated boutique hotel, just a short walk from Kyoto station. The room was comfy and modern design. The shower/bathroom area was fantastic. Loved that we had a kitchenette. Very quite area and weren't aware of other guests except when you went down to the foyer area. Staff very friendly and inviting. The only downside was not washing machine in the room or on the premises. However, there is a laundry mat just around the corner so that worked out ok.

I have a booking for November 2023and I have been scammed by their personal account through *********** I was asked to verify my card details directly from the receipt account of 22 Pieces through the *********** portal. I did not receive a response from 22 Pieces after that and had to call ***********, who then called the hotel and let me know that 22 pieces account has been hacked. Now I have 1000 euros missing
