The geographical location is relatively convenient。
The hygiene environment is not good, and the mattress is actually smelly with dirty marks, which is disgusting. There is dust on the table, and the kitchen utensils are greasy. No supplies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided.

This hotel was amazing!!! Me and the boys stayed at the hotel for 15 whole days. Throughout the entire stay, we had absolutely no complaints. Very clean and modern. The area was very central with close proximity to amenities, shops and the train station (and bussy stop). Very spacious and more than enough for me the 3 boys.

The apar**ent is really comfortable and spacious, even with three extra large suitcases. I truly enjoy staying here, and if I ever visit Kyoto again, I would definitely stay here again. The place was extremely clean and check-in was easy.

The space in the quadruple room is just right for 3 people. The facilities in the room are very good, including washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and other basic household equipment as well as kitchen supplies. It is very considerate. Was easy to get to and was located in a great spot close to shopping/restaurants/Public Transport. Good facilities (kitchen, fridge, washing machine, shower). Small but perfect as a base to explore from. Beds were very comfortable. Recommended
