I had a fantastic experience staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Kyoto Station. The location is unbeatable, right across from Kyoto Station (near Shinkansen), making it incredibly easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The convenience of being so close to the station made my travel and sightseeing plans very efficient. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the signature warm cookie—a nice touch! My room was modern, well-appointed, and very clean, with comfortable bedding that made for a restful night after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Kyoto Station for its perfect location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodations. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto!

Perfect location right next to Kyoto train station. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room big in comparison to many i stayed at in japan.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Got a smoking room initially (because I booked that by mistake) but staff was helpful to give me an alternate option quickly. Room sizes were pretty decent. I could see shinkasen tracks from window which proved to be pretty helpful to keep my 2 year old busy for some time. Location was ok. Close to kyoto station but on the south side which is a little dull. Hotel looked newly built and staff was warm. Breakfast had japanese and western options. I tried primarily western food which was good but nothing great. Same menu everyday.

The room is bright, the bedding is comfortable, clean and sanitary, the transportation is convenient, the environment is elegant, the overall feeling is good, the staff is considerate, and it feels as warm as home. Recommended!

A family of three booked a triple room. The room was too small and the suitcases could not be unfolded. The so-called three beds were actually an extra bed. The advantage was the good location.

The newly opened international group hotel is not far from the back of Kyoto Station. The rooms and lobby are much more luxurious than those of local brand hotels.

We booked a triple room, about 25 square meters. The space is OK. We played outside during the day and slept at night. We didn't feel that the space was insufficient.
