Hotel Keihan Kyoto Hachijoguchi

We stayed in a triple room. Three adults could relax comfortably. The toilet, bath, and room all had a modern and chic interior, which was lovely. There was also a large public bath, and I was surprised by the free popsicles. The breakfast buffet was based on the concept of fermented foods, and there was a wide variety, which was delicious. It was also nice that we could use the Aladdin toaster. I would like to stay here again.

The location, the room, and the large public bath are not bad, but the room is small and it's a unit type even though it's a new hotel. There is an unnecessary step near the sink, and there is no trash can, which is inconvenient. There was a humidifier and air purifier in the room, but it was covered in mold and I didn't feel like using it. There was a tea set, but no spoons. There was a full-length mirror near the entrance, but it was dark and I couldn't see anything. The only thing that was good was the amenity bar.

I checked a lot of hotels, but they are small and expensive. This one is really conscientious. The room is about 25 square meters, and there is a folding bed under the single bed that can be taken out and put together, which is just right for families with children. We stayed for 5 days, and we can choose normal cleaning or environmental cleaning every day, and the room hygiene has always been very good. The room area is not big compared to domestic ones, but all kinds of details and facilities are great. There is a hot spring on the first floor, which can be soaked in the morning and evening, and it is very clean. There is only one disadvantage. The hotel has nearly 400 rooms, and there is only one laundry room on the first floor, with 3 washing and drying machines, which require queuing. I waited until 11 o'clock on the first night to wash. For such a large hotel, it should not be too much to have two more laundry rooms. There are many comics as soon as you enter the accommodation area on the first floor. I was surprised to find One Piece! I read it for a while while waiting in line to wash my clothes.
