One of the best stay. Hotel is very nice and well located. Clean, room is quite big for Japan. Very nice stuff everyone was very kind and helpful I think this is what made my stay unique. A real Japanese hospitality. Free coffee/tea and lemonade serving from 6 am to 11 pm. But once again stuff and location is 5 of 5. Absolutely recommend!

The hotel service is very good. The room is small but clean. It is very close to Nisanenzaka. It was drizzling and there were only a few people. The a**osphere was really beautiful and comfortable. [Strong]

A very nice hotel, very close to Kiyomizu Temple. The front desk is very welcoming. We are not very good at Japanese but they are very patient. If we need anything or have any questions, they can help us in time.

advantage:
1) The staff are friendly, polite and willing to help
2) Very close to Kiyomizu Temple and Ninnanzako. It takes about five minutes to walk
3) The environment is very quiet
4) Kyoto Tower can be seen from the top floor of the hotel
shortcoming:
1) It’s about 20 to 25 minutes’ drive from Kyoto Station. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel
2) Most of the nearby restaurants close around 6 o’clock
3) The room is very small
But I will stay at this hotel again next time I go to Kyoto
