Had a wonderful stay at Cross Hotel Kyoto. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Nishiki Market, Gion, and many restaurants and shops. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kyoto. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location is good. Easy to assess. Booked for city view but given a closed window request for a change but a carpark view. Just abit disappointed cos booked for a city view for night but not accordingly to the booking given.

Traveling from Osaka to Kyoto, I stayed at the Cross Hotel for two nights, and overall, it met my expectations. The room was clean, tidy, and had a Japanese-style feel. The hotel lobby was also spacious, bright, and clean. The location was excellent, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling area; it was surprisingly quiet at night. My only minor complaint was that the room window was frosted glass and couldn't be opened, so I couldn't air out the room sometimes. Overall, it's still highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and the customer service was professional and polite. The facilities were complete, and the lobby had a beautiful lounge area with free coffee. My requests made through Ctrip customer service before check-in were also met. Most importantly, the location is excellent, with many great food options nearby and beautiful scenery.
