Very spacious room by Japanese standards. Comfortable western style beds, soaking tub, kitchenette, and washing machine. Pretty good location - bus stop right outside.

The facility was clean, nice, and the room was spacious. It rained one day, but I was able to put the bathroom on dry mode, so my laundry dried quickly. They also lent me an umbrella, so I was able to enjoy my time in rainy Kyoto.

We stayed here for two nights with our family, including a small child, to attend a wedding. It was very convenient that the price was reasonable, there was a washing machine in the room so we could wash the children's clothes, and the bathroom had a dryer. There was a microwave so we could heat up things we bought at the convenience store, and the refrigerator had two doors so we could store ice cream. Thanks to this, we were able to keep our expenses down on food, etc. I wish there had been a few more tables.

It was a very clean facility, and we were grateful for the courteous service we received when storing our luggage. Since we were three people, we had to add an extra bed, so there was no space left in the room except for the bed. If there is a larger room available, we would like to book that next time.
