I planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying for a few days due to work, but it was a wonderful hotel that I am glad I stayed at. The king bed was really a king bed (unlike the two single beds that are sometimes put together to make it look like a king bed at other hotels), it was a real king bed. I was able to refresh slowly in between.

It was a very beautiful hotel. It was a room without meals, so I finished dinner and checked in. I had to leave early the next morning, so I really only had to stay. It was very comfortable. It's a little far from the station, but it's just the right distance to wake up from when you're tipsy, so it was nice to walk there. I would love to use it again.

The room is bigger than expected. However, there are no windows and it feels oppressive. When the staff is busy, the manager class shows a lot of stress. . . , Even if it takes time to prepare the room, upgrade is absolutely! It was like collecting expenses (and more expensive than the Internet). The lady in charge was working very hard, so maybe there is a problem with the manager who is getting confirmation from.

The reception was good and the hospitality more than the price was wonderful. I think it's difficult with Corona, but it was a hotel that I would like to use again.

Very nice hotel. I liked helpful staff. Normally one staff member is available who can communicate in English and required by foreigners. Even if not available, other staff try their best and help. Rooms are comfortable, though bathrooms are a little smaller but with modern fittings. The lounge facility is another plus point. Morning and evening variety of tea, coffee and juice are available. They have the option of shared kitchen for guests, which can be very helpful for people who are very particular about food choices and like to prepare. Enjoyed our stay and would certainly like to stay in the next visit

I booked three rooms at this hotel for four nights in April. I booked the rooms a month ago through *********** and all was confirmed. Today, my reservation was cancelled with no explanation. Very disappointing and very poor form. I’ve never had this happen with a hotel before.

I booked a single room and paid up front via ***********. Two weeks later the hotel cancelled my booking and refunded my money. Ostensibly the partner business couldn’t confirm my booking. Now the hotel is booked out for my dates. So best to book directly with the hotel.
