Everything was clean. Matress could be more comfy but for two nights okay. Room and amenities were clean. Hot shower and fast WiFi available. The breakfast was nice. Location is great, close to the busy area.

It was a little difficult that there was no bathroom in the room, but there was a sink, so it was somewhat comfortable, and the bed was wide, so it was really nice! The room and shower facilities were clean, so I was satisfied with the accommodation. The quick turnaround area, baggage storage, and shower facilities are all on the basement floor. There is a cafe-like space on the first floor that serves water, coffee, and snacks, so it was nice to rest comfortably!

The accommodation is clean and tidy, and the quality is very good. The front desk staff is attentive and courteous. There are also some restaurants to choose from nearby. If I have the opportunity, I will choose to stay again. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel window is blocked by a wall, so it feels a bit stuffy. Still, I had a good stay at a reasonable price, and the Japanese woman at the desk was very kind, so I have good memories of it.

The bathrooms and toilets are shared, but there are plenty of them and they are clean! The bread at breakfast was delicious and the lounge was spacious and comfortable (^o^) The bed in the room was spacious and comfortable. The smell in the room was bothersome, probably because the window couldn't be opened. It would be good if they had a deodorizer.

Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. When booking, I didn't notice that the family double room does not have a separate toilet. You should be careful when traveling with your family. I am very satisfied with the girls' shared bathroom, which is very spacious. There is breakfast every morning from 7-10am, just a hot dog, and a coffee machine is also good. There is a FamilyMart downstairs which is great! It's a convenient 6-minute walk from Shijo Station.

I forgot to use firetvstick at my travel destination, so I canceled the hotel I was planning to stay at and made a reservation here. Booked a Queen for 2 people. The room is small but clean. It was enough for me to sleep and watch Amapura. No phone to front desk. They lent me a firetvstick, but I realized that I couldn't reach the outlet without an extension cord, so I went down to the front desk again. There is an iron in the basement, but I feel that the power was weak even though it was set to maximum output.

Since bunk beds were my main goal, I used a compact twin with my small child. It was my first time staying at a hostel, but the shared facilities such as the toilet and kitchen were clean, and the women-only powder room was especially spacious and easy to use, so I felt safe using it. There are many types of cutlery and cooking utensils in the kitchen, so you can enjoy cooking food you have bought in a different way than you would at a hotel. There were no problems using Wi-Fi, and I was able to comfortably watch videos without stopping. In addition, the front staff were very friendly, spoke to the children in a friendly manner, and paid close attention to detail, which was very helpful.
