Totally fantastic experience! Everyone of the staff was super helpful and stayed on top of everything we asked about. Room was great, modern and practical. Would definitely visit again!

The hotel is located in a Great location, great room with ample space. Staff super helpful at all times. Many restaurants around the hotel, staff gave excellent recommendations and took care of bookings. Excellent for solo travelers for sure.

Nice spacious room. Good sleep quality. Good location for shopping and nishiki market . Bathroom has big bathtub and big shower area . Location is behind the Main Street. We didn’t book breakfast as there many places around for breakfast. Also we drove and could easily find parking space around the hotel . The room still use the key and you can drop off your key at reception when Leaving hotel .

Un hôte moderne, très bien positionné dans la ville pour rayonner à pied. Un service remarquable, avec un sens client très développé. La chambre est très confortable, avec une bonne literie. Nous avons apprécié là baignoire. Les fenêtres laissent passer le bruit de la rue. Un regret pour le PD servi en chambre obligatoirement. Il est trop simple, peu raffiné, même si le service est parfait, c’est un peu stressant car téléphone avant etc.

We have just had a very enjoyable four night stay at this excellent boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and very stylishly appointed and comfortable. They are spotless and modern. The staff are extremely attentive and make you feel very welcome. It is located in a great area, with transport options close by and many really good small restaurants within metres from the hotel. We would happily stay here again.

This hotel is a gem, located in a quiet lane but close to bustling main streets for all your needs. The bed was super comfortable and the room well designed. The lounge downstairs was spacious and peaceful, a great spot to watch the world go by or wait for your taxi. The most outstanding part of this hotel however is the staff. From the welcome when you arrive, to answering queries, attending to requests and bidding you a fond farewell they were exceptional. When I asked to borrow a knife they expertly cut up and plated my fruit . Could I heat up the dinner set I'd purchased from Diamaru? No problem. They did so, presenting dinner plated on a tray with a basket of cutlery, delivered to my room. When I needed to see a doctor they arranged the appointment and briefed the taxi where to go. In short they were brilliant.

I think this is the first hotel in Japan that is this spacious.
The room was so spacious that I could easily spread out 3 suitcases!!
The restroom and bathroom facilities were very clean. I checked in in advance in the morning and went out, and they put my bags on me in advance. I left my luggage in the middle of the way, but they put it in the room!!
The lobby was very clean and luxurious, so I was very satisfied with this hotel!!
There are a lot of really delicious bakeries and restaurants nearby!!
It opened early in the morning so I bought bread from the bakery and ate it in my room, and it was so delicious!!
(There are bars nearby, so you can sometimes hear shouting at night, so if you are sensitive, please take note~)
