Tsukimi Hotel

I feel very good, in a small alley with a very nice feeling. The scenery is beautiful, quiet and clean. Love it, I will come again next time.

In fact, this capsule hotel is more like a youth hostel. The bed grid is solid, but the exit of the room is only separated by a curtain at most. The quietness of the room depends entirely on the self-discipline of the tenants. Eating is not allowed in the room, but you can go to the underground lobby to eat, but sometimes a large group of people occupy the dining tables in the lobby, so it can be troublesome sometimes. The staff is friendly and helpful, and can temporarily store luggage during non-check-in hours. The hotel is located close to Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple, which are very famous places, but it is a little far from the subway station. It takes a long way to take the subway to other places, and it is the busiest and crowded Gion shopping street. A bit of a fly in the ointment.

A very special travel and accommodation experience. It was my first time to stay in a legendary capsule hotel. The location is very good. It is only a 15-minute walk from the popular Kiyomizudera Temple and is conveniently accessible from Kyoto Station in 20 minutes by bus. The capsule hotel as a whole is stratified and managed according to gender. There are about 18 capsule units in one room. Slippers are required to enter the room. It is equipped with a toilet, bathroom and sink, which is clean and practical. Each capsule room has an exhaust vent for ventilation, and there are up-and-down pull-down curtains at the capsule mouth to ensure internal privacy and sleep quality. There is a coffee bar and a common living room on the first floor of the hotel, which is the first choice for cost-effective accommodation for traveling students.

The location is very good, there are popular attractions when you go out, and there are delicious udon noodles nearby. The hotel is very clean and hygienic. Towels are changed every day and shoes are stored as soon as you enter the store. There are just a lot of people in the room and it’s inconvenient to have too much luggage.

The location is quite convenient when it comes to the main attractions, which are all close by. But it’s a 10-minute walk to the metro, although there’s a bus stop right next door. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, very responsive. They are constantly moving around and doing something, cleaning up, so the hostel is clean. The capsules themselves are comfortable and cozy. They also give you a bag with towels, earplugs, and a toothbrush. The bathroom has the necessary hygiene products. Nice place) I recommend it
