Stayed for four nights, very comfortable, many Japanese people live here. All single rooms, if two people live together, there is a door between the two rooms that can be opened to connect, much more spacious and comfortable than two people squeezed in a small room! 28-inch suitcases can be laid flat on the floor. Very cost-effective, clean and quiet. Turn left and walk 3 minutes to Kamo River, turn right and walk 5 minutes to Takashimaya, quiet in the bustling city. Breakfast is 700 yen/person, the bread is delicious, and vegetables, yogurt and drinks are self-service. Yukata and toiletries are self-service every day. It is a little more expensive during the cherry blossom season, and the price is more affordable at other times.

The girl at the reception desk is very cute, energetic, polite and willing to help. The room is a bit small but clean. The location is first-class, very close to Kawaramachi Station. I always walk to Gion and Yasaka Shrine without taking a car. There are izakayas along the river nearby at night, and the a**osphere is very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Kyoto.

The location was conveniently located about a 10mins walk away from the train station.
The hotel staff was friendly. For the price the room is clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend it to solo travellers. There is a convenience store located nearby and plenty of food places too.

The location is very good. Two to three hundred meters to the north is Kyoto's Shijo Kawaramachi, and a few dozen meters behind the hotel is the Kamogawa River. There's not much to say about the service attitude and facilities, they're very good. The only flaw is that the single room is relatively small, and the 24-inch suitcase can be opened and paved in the aisle of the room. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will consider staying here next time. Great review!
